Food: Looks Bad, Tastes Good: Over-Medium Fried Eggs

The quest for yummy eggs continues (for egg lovers, is there really any other kind?).  After my last attempt at sunny-side-up eggs came out tasting great but ugly, my good buddy Mike M, former professional cooker guy, provided some handy flipping advice.  Thanks to Mike, I am pleased to bring you more deliciously unattractive eggs, this time Over Medium.
